Holds speed loaded
Less downshifting with a full payload or a trailer on.
Van, pickup & fleet remapping
Transits, Transporters, Sprinters, pickups and everything in between. A van remap gives you the torque to carry a full load without thrashing the engine — and we do it where the van is parked, so it is back at work the same day.
Van & fleet remaps
A van spends its life heavy. Tools, stock, a trailer behind — and an engine calibrated to sit inside a fleet buyer's emissions and warranty targets. That is the engine you feel working hard on every motorway hill.
A van remap raises torque low in the rev range, exactly where a loaded van lives. The engine pulls a taller gear, holds speed on gradients and needs less throttle to do it — which is why many drivers see their economy improve rather than fall.
For fleets we can work through several vehicles in one visit at your yard, keep a record of every original file, and set a consistent calibration across matching vans. Ask about economy-focused files if fuel cost matters more to you than outright power.
The result
Less downshifting with a full payload or a trailer on.
More torque at lower revs means less noise and strain on long runs.
Small gains per tank turn into real money across a year of mileage.
We come to the van. No dropping it off, no lift home, no lost day.
How it works
One van or ten — send the registrations and we check every ECU and the expected figures.
Each van is scanned, its original file saved, and the new file written.
Every vehicle is tested before we leave, with a record of what was done.

Stage 1 figures from the file catalogue we work from. Every car is different — we confirm the figures for your exact engine and software before we write anything.
Questions
A file written for the engine stays inside the limits of the engine, clutch and gearbox. We will tell you honestly if a van is not a good candidate — for example a clutch that is already slipping.
Yes. We can work through several vans in one visit at your yard and keep a record of every original file.
Many drivers do, especially with loaded vans, because the engine works less hard to hold speed. Driving style matters more than anything — a heavier right foot will always use more.
Yes — pickups such as Ranger, Hilux, Navara and L200, plus most 4x4s, are done the same way.
Typically one to two hours per vehicle, depending on the ECU.
