Do I need remapping experience?
No. Training covers everything you need to read, save and write files safely. The calibration work is done by the file service.
How quickly are files returned?
It depends on the vehicle and the options. Straightforward files are usually turned round quickly during working hours; we will tell you what to expect for each job.
Can I use my own business name?
Yes. Your portal carries your business name, and your customers deal with you.
Is the tool genuine Alientech?
Yes — genuine Alientech KESS3 hardware and software.
