Stage 1 & 2 remaps
We bring the workshop to your drive or workplace: a fully fitted van, Alientech KESS3 tools, battery support and a file written for your exact engine. Most Stage 1 remaps are done in a single visit.

Van & fleet remaps
Transits, Transporters, Sprinters, pickups and everything in between. A van remap gives you the torque to carry a full load without thrashing the engine — and we do it where the van is parked, so it is back at work the same day.

Want more than a standard Stage 1? We build custom files around how you use the car: crackle and pops on the overrun, launch control, raised rev limits, start-stop off, or a speed limiter set where you need it.

DPF solutions
DPF light on, limp mode, regeneration that never finishes? Most DPF faults are caused by something else — a sensor, an EGR fault, short journeys. We find the cause, force a regeneration where it is safe to, and only then talk about anything else.

Rough idle, smoke, loss of power, an engine light that keeps coming back — the EGR system is one of the most common causes on modern diesels. We test it properly and tell you whether it needs cleaning, a part or a calibration fix.

AdBlue solutions
"No start in 500 miles" is not a message you can ignore. AdBlue (SCR) faults are usually a heater, a pump, a NOx sensor or contaminated fluid. We find which, so you fix the part that failed — not the whole system.

Broken down, stuck in limp mode or simply too busy to move the car? We can collect it, deliver it, or recover it to wherever it needs to go — and diagnose it while we are there.
Find out moreThe law, plainly: removing or disabling a DPF, EGR or AdBlue/SCR system on a vehicle used on UK public roads is illegal and is an MOT failure. We diagnose and repair the fault first. Removal solutions are supplied only for off-road, motorsport and export vehicles, and we will ask you to confirm that before any work is done.
