Booking questions
Is the time I pick confirmed straight away?
The time is held for you as soon as you send the request, and we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or email — usually the same day.
Do I pay anything online?
No. Nothing is paid on this website. We confirm the price with you before the visit.
How do I know the price before you come?
Once we have your reg we check the ECU and the file, then give you a price by phone or WhatsApp. No surprises on the day.
What do I need to have ready?
The vehicle, its keys, and somewhere we can park the van close enough for our cables. A fuel tank at least a quarter full helps for the road test.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Of course — just call or message us as early as you can.
