This notice explains what happens to the details you give us through this website. “We” means Hugo’s Remaps, a mobile remapping and diagnostics business based in Tatsfield, Westerham. You can reach us on 07508 969 776 or at info@hugosremaps.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send a booking request or a dealer enquiry we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), where the vehicle is, its registration and details, and your message. We also keep a short-lived record of the network address a form was sent from, for one hour, to stop automated spam.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, quote for and arrange the work you asked about, and carry it out. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Us. Your request is stored on the server that hosts this website and sent to our business email. Those providers process it only to provide that service to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted once they are no longer needed. Details of work we carry out are kept as long as we need them for the job, for any follow-up or warranty question, and for our accounting records as the law requires.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your light/dark display choice is remembered in your own browser only. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, and WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp; those services have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies when you use them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, by phone or email. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
